Overall, GoAnimate is a good animation app for novices. With it, you can create a short cartoon film using simple steps. It comes with a lot of stock characters, movements, and even audio that you can use. However, if you want to create a more professional-looking animation, this is not the tool to use. Its features are basic. Therefore, the outputs will never pass for an actual animated film.
